Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Log in to the EatSmart app, go to your Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will instantly
and permanently erase your data.
Option 2: Manual Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly:
